When you add
an expansion shelf, there is a momentary pause in data service from the Nimble
array. If this brief interruption might cause a problem in your environment, add the
expansion shelf during a maintenance window.
IMPORTANT: Start the
expansion shelves first. Then start the array that manages them.
To start the expansion shelf, press the Power button.
