Disable Syslog

NOTE: To disable syslog you must have Power User privileges or higher.
  1. Log into the array.
  2. Go to Administration → Alerts & Monitoring → Syslog.
  3. Uncheck the Enable Syslog Server checkbox.
    The Syslog Server and Port fields are disabled.
  4. Click Save.
    Syslog is now disabled for this array.
    NOTE: When the Enable Syslog Server checkbox is disabled, the fields are not cleared. Any values in the Syslog Server or Port fields will remain visible.
