Enable a Secure Tunnel

Nimble Storage Support may request a tunnel into the array to help troubleshoot an issue. You will be able to enable a secure tunnel that will allow Nimble Storage Support to open a tunnel. By default, secure tunnels are disabled.

Procedure

Go to Administration > Alerts and Monitoring > Diagnostics .
Check Enable Secure Tunnel.
Click Save. If you click Test Diagnostics for Nimble Analytics Settings, the array tests that all the connections are active and that DNA is enabled. If you click Send Diagnostics for Nimble Analytics, the diagnostics are sent manually.
