Manually Send DNA

If you are asked to do so, you can send DNA at any time for analysis and problem resolution. No user data is ever accessed or collected by DNA.

Procedure

  1. Go to Administration > Alerts and Monitoring > Diagnostics .
  2. Click Send Diagnostics for Nimble Analytics.
