Merge Storage Pools

You can merge two storage pools to combine the contents of both pools. To merge multiple pools, merge two pools at a time until the desired storage pool is created.

NOTE: You cannot merge pools that have synchronous replication enabled.

IMPORTANT: Deduplication Domains cannot be merged, see Domains for details.

Merge storage pools.

pool --merge pool_name [target target]

Repeat this step for each of the pools you want to merge into the target.

Merge Pool1 to Targetpool1:
